Visit Ilocos, we have a place for you to stay that offers rent on a daily basis. The Tour Ilocandia Transient House is a two storey duplex. Duplex A is the only available for rent wherein it features 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, a kitchen with cooking facilities, dining area and spacious sitting room.

The Tour Ilocandia Transient House is 3 minutes to the heart of Laoag City, 5 minutes to Laoag International Airport and 3 minutes drive to Robinsons Mall. The house is newly built and fully furnished. The accommodation is ideal for those who want to feel at home away from home and yet experience the amazingly stylish comfort of an ilocandia abode at an affordable price.

My sister booked this place via airbnb for our Ilocos trip and I can say it was a good find. Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay though a short one on such a cozy and homey place. Not to mention that the hosts are very warm and accommodating. It is a highly recommendable place for a big family or any big group of travelers as it can house 8-10 persons

Tour Ilocandia Transient house is very accessible, instructions were clear. Teddy and his wife were very accommodating and we had no issues with our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Laoag! Especially if you plan on visiting Kapurpurawan, Bangui Windmills and Pagudpud, since Vigan is far from these locations stay in Laoag first. House was clean and has a modern feel to it and the interior design is great too! Place is spacious and amenities are complete as well. Teddy was really friendly and hospitable to us

Good and helpful hosts. They are also very friendly. Pristine cleanliness House’s interior and exterior are designed beautifully combining the convenience of modern architecture with the look and feel of vintage designs. Materials used are from Mrs. Lao’s old ancestral/heritage home. Bathrooms are very clean and smells good. They also has bidet. Air-conditioned rooms for all 3 bedrooms. Bedroom downstairs has walk in closet Location is near airport, public market and grocery stores Location is quiet and good for family vacation.

Tour Ilocandia is very spacious and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. It is worth your money. It is very near to the city proper. It is quite during night time. I highly recommend this place to other tourists.

My family and I had an amazing time here! The whole house is spacious and well-maintained, ACs are new and they have a lot of house decor. If you’re traveling up north, check out this place, you won’t regret it. We’re definitely going back. Thanks to the owners for being so kind and accommodating
